The resistanceversion comes in both glossy(Bright Black Skate)and matte(Black Skate) finishes. The matte finish is more suitable for beginners using sticky pads. Both the start and glide are slow, with a slightly curved edge treatment, making them compatible with cloth pads.

The glossy finish is designed for advanced users of sticky pads, offering a noticeable reduction in both start and glide speed due to material constraints. It cannot be made with a curved edge, so it is not suitable for very soft cloth pads. It is recommended for use with hard pads or cloth pads with a firmer surface and backing.
