“The flexible choice for industrial motor leads and high-heat appliancesengineered with premium silicone rubber and a protective glass braid for maximum reliability up to 150C.”
The 10 AWG SRML wire is designed for environments where extreme heat and constant vibration are present. It is the primary choice for industrial motor leads, commercial ovens, and high-intensity lighting fixtures. The silicone rubber insulation provides exceptional flexibility, while the outer fiberglass braid protects the core from mechanical abrasion and heat damage.
150C Heat Resistance: Rated for continuous use in extreme thermal environments from -60C up to 150C for UL applications, and capable of withstanding 200C in specific industrial environments.
Extreme Flexibility: The silicone core and high strand count (105 strands) allow the wire to be snaked through tight motor housings without cracking or kinking.
Fiberglass Braid Protection: Features a heavy-duty glass braid treated with a high-temp finish impregnated with a moisture, heat, and flame-resistant compound.
Tinned Copper Conductor: Features a tin coating over the stranded copper to prevent corrosion and ensure high conductivity per ASTM B-33.
ENGINEERING OVERVIEW: 10 AWG SRML 600V
APPLICATION: Lighting fixtures, high wattage units (sun lamps), and motor lead wire.
VOLTAGE: Rated for 600 Volts.
CONDUCTORS: 105-strand soft drawn tinned coated copper per ASTM B-33 and B-8.
INSULATION: Extruded silicone rubber.
JACKET: Braided fiberglass with a high-temperature finish.
TEMPERATURE: 150C (UL 3101) / 200C (Non-UL Industrial).
NOMINAL OD: 0.214 inches (5.44 mm).
MIN BEND RADIUS: 1.71 inches.
Heavy-Duty Motor Leads: Providing power to large industrial motors in high-ambient heat zones.
Industrial Furnace Power: Connecting main power to heating elements in industrial kilns and furnaces.
Commercial Bakery Ovens: Internal power wiring for massive commercial deck and rotary ovens.
Foundry Power Circuits: Reliable power distribution in areas exposed to extreme radiant heat from molten metals.
High-Current Heating Arrays: Wiring for industrial-scale infrared drying and curing systems.
