The AD622 is a low-cost, moderately accurate instrumentation amplifier that simplifies precision signal amplification. Requiring only one external resistor to set gains between 2 and 1000, or no resistor for unity gain, it offers superior linearity and common-mode rejection, making it ideal for applications such as transducer interfacing, thermocouple amplification, and industrial process controls.

Key Features:

  • Easy Gain Configuration: Gain adjustable from 2 to 1000 with a single external resistor; unity gain achievable without external components.
  • Wide Power Supply Range: Operates effectively from 2.6 V to 15 V, accommodating various system requirements.
  • Low Power Consumption: Consumes a maximum of 1.5 mA supply current, suitable for power-sensitive applications.
  • Excellent DC Performance: Features 0.15% gain accuracy at G = 1, 125 V max input offset voltage, and 1.0 V/C max input offset drift.
  • Low Noise: Offers 12 nV/Hz input voltage noise at 1 kHz and 0.60 V p-p noise from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz at G = 10.
  • Compact Packaging: Available in 8-lead PDIP and SOIC_N packages for easy integration into various designs.
