Marine-Grade Durability

Boaters will appreciate the robust design. Our batteries have undergone rigorous vibration testing and are machine-sealed for optimal waterproofing, making them an excellent choice for marine environments where reliability is key.

Reliable Backup Power

Ideal for emergency power solutions, these batteries ensure that your critical systems stay operational when you need them most. They’re perfect for home backup systems, ensuring peace of mind during power outages.

A Trustworthy Choice for Rugged Conditions

Their durability makes them particularly suited for off-road applications, where resilience against harsh conditions is essential.

Ultra-Compact Powerhouse Design

Despite its compact footprint, this battery packs a powerful punch, offering 100Ah of dependable energy storage and up to 100A continuous discharge, perfect for a powerful 2000W inverter. Perfect for space-conscious setups without compromising on performance.

IP67 Rated

An IP67 rating ensures this battery is completely dust-tight and water-resistant, capable of surviving full immersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This rugged level of protection makes it perfectly suited for demanding environments like caravans, RVs, marine vessels, and off-grid or industrial setups, where exposure to moisture, dust, and debris is common and reliability is critical.

Unmatched Safety Standards

• Inherently Safe Battery Chemistry: Our batteries use LiFePO4, one of the safest lithium technologies available. This ensures exceptional safety against a wide range of potential hazards including over-discharge, over-charge, short-circuits, physical impacts, extreme temperatures, and even in rare cases like nail penetration or seawater immersion.
• Robust and Durable Casing: Each battery is encased in heavy-duty ABS plastic, designed to withstand tough conditions and safeguard the internal components, enhancing both durability and safety.
• Advanced Pressure Release System: The cells in our batteries are equipped with rupture discs. In the unlikely event of an internal failure, these discs relieve pressure, preventing any risk of high-pressure build-up and ensuring the highest safety standards.
• Protection Against Overcharging: One of the most common causes of lithium battery fires is overcharging. Our Exotronic Battery Management System (BMS) is specifically designed to prevent this, ensuring your battery remains safe and operational under all conditions.

Comprehensive BMS Protections:

• Overcurrent in Discharge and Charge: Safeguards against excessive current that can damage the battery.
• Short Circuit Protection: Immediate response to any short circuit incidents for enhanced safety.
• Temperature Regulation: Monitors and manages extreme high and low temperatures to prevent damage.
• Voltage Control: Maintains optimal cell voltage, preventing overcharge and overdischarge, ensuring the longevity and safety of the battery.

Reliability You Can Trust

Our batteries are not just reliable; they’re built to ensure your peace of mind. We use top-tier A Grade prismatic aluminium-cased LiFePO4 cells, known for their stability and longevity.

Avoid Confusion and Ensure Continuous Power

Experiencing a battery trip can leave you puzzled – wondering if it’s a blown fuse, a tripped battery, or simply a low charge situation. Our system eliminates this confusion by providing timely warnings for low charge, allowing you to connect your charger and ensure your power supply remains uninterrupted.

Low Resistance Connections

Solid brass connections with brass bolts, washers, and spring washers are used for extremely low resistance, reducing voltage drop, losses, and heat build-up at the terminals.

Expand Your Power with Parallel and Series Connection

Easily scale up your power storage by connecting up to 4 batteries in parallel and 4 in series to create a 16-battery system. This flexibility allows you to tailor your energy reserves to meet your specific needs, ensuring you have the power you need, when you need it.

Maintenance Made Simple

Our LiFePO4 batteries are designed for hassle-free storage. With no memory effect, they maintain their efficiency over long periods of inactivity. To keep them in peak condition, all they require is a charge once every 3 months a minimal maintenance effort for maximum reliability.

Exceptional Lifespan for Lasting Performance

Engineered to endure, these cells are built to last up to 3,000 full discharge cycles. That means it can last an impressive lifespan of 10-12 years or more in many applications, providing you with a long-term energy solution that’s not just reliable, but also cost-effective over time.

Intuitive On/Off/ResetButton for Easy Control

• Press the button in to turn on the battery
• Depress the button to turn off the battery
• Press the button twice to reset the battery after a trip, alternatively connect a dark-start capable lithium charger

Bluetooth Smart

The JBD BMS includes Bluetooth, allowing real time viewing of the individual cell voltages, battery temperature, current, state of charge, state of the charge/discharge MOSFETs and alarms.
