Product Title: Genicook Glass Measure and Store Set
Main Description: These sturdy borosilicate glass measuring cups let you measure, mix and store food in the same containerwithout ever reaching for plastic wrap. Each cup has a matching lid that snaps on securely (and effortlessly) for leakproof, spill-proof, stackable storage. Because theres no bulky handles to deal with, they wont take up half your cabinet space. Clear measurement markings in cups, ounces and milliliters make it easy to measure out portions of stock, sauces, marinated salads, pancake and waffle batter, dressings, you name it. (The markings wont fade in the wash either.) Theyre microwave-safe and capable of handling big temperature changes, so you can melt chocolate then stir in cold heavy cream for nearly-instant ganache. This set includes two cups in 3- and 9-cup capacities with matching lids, all of which nestle together snugly for tidy storage.

How to Use: Snap-on lids make these cups a natural choice for anything marinated or pickled, like our Soy Sauce Eggs and Pickled Red Onions. You can also use them for a double batch of dressing or dipping saucelike the lemon-caper sauce for our Polenta Friesto cut down on prep later. The bigger cup is big enough to store stocks, soups and even a big pot of Mexican Cowboy Beans (Frijoles Charros). We also love them for soaking dried chilies and mushrooms and steaming roasted peppers: Just pop them in, snap on the lid and let them steam. Youll have loose, easily peel-able skins in a few minutes.
